Take the test
No matter what you feel, back up your feelings with a test! And if you do test positive check your HIV status to make sure that you get antiretroviral medication as soon as possible.
Eat right

Antenatal care is important for your pregnancy. Not only do you get to monitor your growing baby but you also help diagnose issues before they become problems.
Plan for the birth
The never ending debate – go natural or caesarean will surely come up. The decision is completely up to you. Every woman is different and every pregnancy is different so it’s important to chat to your partner and doctor about what option works best for you.
